Okay, in Dragon Age I sold the main chest piece I got at the beginning of the game when I wasn't close enough in strength to wear it and I needed the money to buy a more powerful set of armor. I could have sweared I sold it to the dwarf merchant in my camp. I thought he retains all the items you sell him, and I could just go to the buy back category and get it now I have all the other Blood Dragon armor from him. It wasn't in his inventory. I've been searching for this piece from other merchants I could have sold it to, and none have it. Does anyone know what has happened? Is there any merchant in the game who could have it (as in certain merchants are the only ones to have a certain piece of equipment)??Dragon Age, Blood Dragon Armor question ...
All merchants are tied togetherThe most recently sold at one place is the same everywhereYou need to start the game over since that armor is really useful for a large chunk of the game, sure you can play without it but it's awesome and makes the game easier and looks awesomePlus, awesomeDragon Age, Blood Dragon Armor question ...

But I've seen items I've sold at one merchant only be at that particular merchant, so how are they all tied together?

It was like 2 main storyline missions ago, so awhile back. I guess I'm screwed then, yeah?

Maybe 10 hours. I've seen other unique weapons I've sold though, and they're still at the merchants I sold them too. Weird
Sorry dont mean to jack your thread or anything but could you guys give me some tips in dragons age. I am at redcliffe that was the first place i went after getting morrigan, and now i just got to the boy who is possessed by the demon, but the enemies in the castle, are they suped up or something becuase just to get to the boy, i used up all my health items. Now i am getting my ass kicked by the statues of the knights that come to life in the room next door, was it a good idea to go to redcliffe first.I am also hearing about a mage who has powerful healing abilities named wyn or something to that effect, where do i recruit her. I have kept the first blood dragon armour piece really sucks that you have to have 32 strenght to wear it.

Have you tried to change the difficulty?
Yeah i did the same thing. Sold my dragon plate to the dwarf in camp and it disappeared!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Was selling it to make some money at the beginning of the game to get a better staff with the plan to buy it back when i was swimming in money and Alistair had enough STR to equip it.
How do I get the armour? I had the code, and I did the Stone Prisinor quest, but where do I get my armor?

Um I started out doing the DLC first and got a little stronger and added some good gear. You didn't say what your character is so I would say go for a balanced unit with one or two if you can spare it doing melee and a mage character freezing or paralyzing or some type of debuffing on your enemies.
