When did you activate it? It proably either ends at the start, or january the day you activated it..So If it was a month, and you activated DEC 23rd...January 23rd.. I'd think thats how its done?Xbox Live Expiration Question
We couldn't remember if it was a 12 or a 12+1, but we found out. Should still have another month left. Thanks for your help!
word of advice, call them and cancel auto renewal, if you have a credit card connected to your account they will automaticly take money off your card and renew it for you
Yeah, the auto renewal can be a pain if you've put card info on your system for something besides xbox live. You can now cancel the auto-renew through xbox.com account management if you want to :)

Thanks guys.[/QUOTE]It tells you online when it's gonna expire if you log into your profile at Xbox.com and go to the >My Account > Membership Level and it'll tell you the exact date it'll expire.
