borderlands=cod mw2?

Hey guys i have some money to gamestop and i dont know what to spend on. Im wondering if i liked mw2 online multiplayer would i like borderlands?Itd be cool if anyone could share some input :Dborderlands=cod mw2?
I like both those games. Do you like RPGs? It's an RPS (Role Playing Shooter). Also it has almost identical controls to MW@'s controls.borderlands=cod mw2?

i like the modern warfare 2 online multiplayer. So i like shooting other people lol. I dont like campaign.
The games aren't even close, but I highly recommend Borderlands. A very good game that I believe was actually worth the hype it got.
Their two completley different games a better question to ask yourself would be would I like the bastard child of Halo and Diablo?If you like to shoot stuff and loot their corpses like a robber then Borderlands is the perfect game for you.
It has Call of Duty's controls, World of Warcraft's quest, and Diablo's loot. Its a seriously good game, I recommend it.
Modern remake of Diablo with guns and pastel graphics, if you like trying to get the best items and ''deck'' your char out it's a good choice.
Does it have multiplayer online like cod?

no one really clarified that it didnt have online multiplayer. They said its a mix between diablo and something else which i dont know what diablo is. So basically im playing all by myself?
You can play it coop either split screen or online.
so its a co op role playing shooter that you can play online?
