in all curiosity why do people want to know what the best setup is when its all about playstyle and personal skill. Just because someone is amazing with one setup doesnt mean you will be, try some out and see how you go. yet after all that ill still post what i used

My favorite SCAR H setup is...SCAR H w/Silencer...Seems to keep the recoil down for some reasonPerks...Scavenger...SCAR has a small clip. Scavenger Pro is nice or Marathon proCold Blooded Pro or Lightweight proNinja ProClaymoreFlashbangMartyrdom(Pain Killer is 4 B14tch35)But as the one guy said, what works for one player may not work for another. Are you run and gun or are you about hiding in the weeds?

Situational really. These should all be levelled up to PRO.Scavenger. The SCAR's small clip size makes this useful. BLING is a bit of a waste since I only need one attachment... unless it's a SnD game then go with Bling with a sight and a silencer or HB sensor. I tend to play games where I don't die too often so ammo is a must, if you die a lot just go bling since ammo is obviously not a problem for you predictable types.Stopping Power, Cold Blooded, Lightweight maybe... 2nd perks don't mean much to me. SCAR is powerful enough that you don't need Stopping Power but it's nice to have. If you want some stealth go CB, if you're in need of running about for HQ or Domination games I'd go lightweight.Ninja or Commando. I'd go commando since it's nice to have a Halo 2 sword style lunge... unless you want stealth then just go ninja.I only use the RDS and the ACOG. It's not like any other attachment does anything truly useful for this.If you like Irons go with the extended mags.
I use bling pro with fmj and extended mags.Then I have stopping power pro and commando pro.It works well for me.
