bayonetta, darksiders, or dantes inferno

just got done playing through the bayonetta demo- thought is was a sexy devil may cry/god of war mix with lots of humor. one thing (little thing, really) that got me annoyed was the terrible music- imo. can't wait for the dantes inferno demo to be available to silver members so i can give it a try. they (the developers)say that darksiders has less in common with the dmc/gowr/ninja gaidenstyle and more in common with zelda- which is fine, but from what i've seen of the game, it simply looks like it plays likethe two other games imentioned. so which game do you think is going to come out on top? all three look really fun, but my vote is in for the developers behind dead space:dantes inferno ftw.(i really hate having to say this, but this question is just to be taken with a grain of salt: hopefully all of these games will rule and be completely original %26 fun in their own way)bayonetta, darksiders, or dantes inferno
Bayonetta for me. I'm extremely excited about for the game and I just know I'll enjoy the heck out of it.The Dante's Inferno was really meh for me. It was ok, but it's not a big priority for me. Darksiders looks really cool though. I'll watch some more gameplay videos and wait for some reviews before buying it.bayonetta, darksiders, or dantes inferno
Bayonetta looks great (got 40/40 on Famitsu btw), Darksiders simply just looks awesome, but Dante's Inferno is nothing. Plain and simple DI is a shameless God of War ripoff, and i don't think developers who can't think up of things themselves deserve my or anyone elses money.
i'll be getting all 3 but im a fan of the genre so my decision is easy
Most likely not getting any of them. I just can't get into those games. I find them boring.
I am most likely going to get Darksiders at release.
Darksiders is the game I'm really most interested in out of the 3. I might get Bayonetta down the line as it is getting good reviews at the moment. Dantes inferno has a great source material but I'm going to wait and see if it turns out to be good, as I'm not convinced at the moment.
i watch a video of darksiders and the graphics was pretty low , maybe was a wii version but still am watching reviews to make sure
I'll get all of them. They look excellent. Darksiders / bayonetta / Dante's Inferno in this order.
I am only interested in Darksiders because i love Zelda. Not really into action games like God of War or Devil May Cry.
I know I am getting Bayonetta. I think I will get Dantes Inferno, the PS3 for all the extras. Darksiders I haven't liked the gameplay videos I have seen.

WOW! i'm totally blown away by the response so far- i thought everyone would pick dante's inferno. so you really think that it is going to be a blatant ripoff of GOW??? i might have to agree- it does seem awfuly familiar- then again- i remember when gow came out, everyone said it was a ripoff of dmc %26 ninja gaiden....
I found dantes inferno was way to staged, and I also found bayonetta was way to crazy, Darksiders looks like the winning game for me. (as a rent I don't play games like this )
IGN's review for Bayonetta was pretty good so that has me excited for it. The other two look good so honesty, I say get all three at this point.
I dont see why everyone gives Dantes Inferno so much crap. The dev's have openly said its a God of War ripoff already... they know what there making. IMO there isn't enough games like God of War/Dante's Inferno in the market anyway. 2010 is the year for 3rd person action for sure.
I've only tried the demo of ''Dante's Inferno'' and I actually didn't mind it. It's not normally something I'd play but I'm sorely tempted by it...

(as a rent I don't play games like this )[/QUOTE]too crazy??? you gotta love crazy though- your avatar is of (my personal GOTY) borderlands!!!naw, but i see what you are saying. there is definitely a level of frustration to these games (gow, dmc, ng, etc...)that can either make someone an addict or completely disengaged. i generally stay right on the line. i remember practically wanting to pull my hair out while slugging through the hardest mode of ninja gaiden- i don't think i'll ever do something like that again. it's just not worth my time when there are so many other games out there that let you appreciate them on other levels (art, sound, story, etc...).
Darksiders for sure. Bayonetta I will pick up because my wifey likes the demo. But if it were up to me Bayonetta and Dante's Inferno look like rentals and Darksiders a fine addition to my collection.
I want all three. I don't get the hate Dante's Inferno is getting; The only thing I don't like about it is the title. God of War was not the first action game.
