The chances are signnificantly lower but remember just because its a Jasper doesn't mean you can be 100% sure it won't RROD. But its the best choice so far. Go for it.P.S. The only things guaranteed in life are death and taxes.Jasper unit RROD ? :((

I don't think he was saying that they have bad english. Don't get so.. Pissed at him just over that. Some people just ain't good with english. And MaAuKo, your english is fine. And, the Jasper just lowers your chance of getting the RROD. You could still get it, but the chances are lowered.

I've had a Jasper since early this year, and so far no problems. But the drive sounds a bit LOUD, dunno why, it should be a quite one that comes with the Jaspers.
I got a Jasper Arcade for Christmas (last year duh) that was made in November and it's been a serious beast for me. I've had it on for 10-20 hours sometimes and it still runs pretty cool.

lmao its the damn truth ...for the xbox its death and M$ bills ...anywho the jasper runs the coolest and after multiple hours of play you cant fry an egg on the bottom of the box ..so buy a jasper if you can
I have had a Jasper Xbox 360 since September works fine but I hardly play it since I have a Gaming PC and PS3 anyway.
I've had my red RE5 Elite (Jasper) since Feb. Not one problem to speak of.
it's like a 2% first year failure rate.SquareTrade did the study, but it's not old enough to get any other estimates past 1 year, if they are even doing studies still.

Perhaps not the best-made tray on earth.
