Something I have always wondered...

I am not saying that it has ever happened to me, I am just wondering.Say if a random guy just came along and thought it would be funny to report your gamertag by making stuff up like ''he swore at me, did this, did that...'' is it possible to just get banned? or do Microsoft actually have proof to check this and does it take a lot of people? I'm just curious :).Something I have always wondered...

it takes a few people to report you before any action is taken and the first step isnt suspension/banningSomething I have always wondered...
It will take more than one layers input to get you in any kind of trouble. The guys at XBL will have to look at each case very carefully to see if there is a pattern or multiple complaints on a given individual.
