The only mode in Battlefield 1943 is conquest. But it's a really good game, though.Is this alright?
I think so. for 15 bucks you get 4 multiplayer maps plus another which is an air conquest mode (very fun to play) and all the maps are very fun.But you might like battlefield bad company more due to the modern settings, bigger variety of guns and more maps.I say its best to try a trial first.(Also may I add this is my first post on the forums :D)
Its a really good game when you think about it, its just an arcade game but it plays beautifully. I had a lot of fun on that game and I recommend it.

Battlefied 1943 isn't much money so you should go for it, at least if you really enjoy the battlefield games.

With Microsoft, you will get deals, but most of them are not worth it. I really do not care, and it is not like I am going to go sit outside the company HQ and protest, I was just bringing up a point.
P.S: If they gave me stuff for free, I would not be unhappy. As you might have read in the stickied topic about the sales, all I care about is the free stuff. Even if the stuff includes a garbage game.
Its well worth it. I owned Bad Company first and Ive had tons of fun with Battlefield 1943

I am not complaining, I am just bringing forth how Microsoft, and getting hopes up, never goes along. With Microsoft, you will get deals, but most of them are not worth it. I really do not care, and it is not like I am going to go sit outside the company HQ and protest, I was just bringing up a point.

Well the first day they gave out free 2010 glasses and on the 3rd day, they gave a premium theme for new years.
And I asked this question because I saw the rumour that the game is dropping down to 400MSP on 31st
I know, and that is why I am not against Microsoft ( I know my post sounded like I said that ''if'' Microsoft gave me free stuff I would not be ''unhappy'' but I meant that Microsoft gave me free stuff, and I am not unhappy.) Anyways, yea, I think you should not bother, since the games are the same.
